Under my contract with WIPO, I am available to:

1. Answer questions regarding any aspect of practice under the PCT, including preparation and filing of an international application, the PCT procedure under Chapter I and Chapter II of the PCT, and national/regional phase entry in designated/elected Offices. (I will accept questions from anywhere in the world.)

2. Conduct training seminars on the PCT at law firms, corporations, patent/legal associations and other organizations in the United States (with prior approval from WIPO; e-mail me for details and WIPO contact personnel).

Note: The cost of my services in these areas is covered by my contract with WIPO. Travel and other expenses must be paid by the requesting party or organization unless prior arrangements for WIPO sponsorship have been made.

I am available to consult in the following areas of international patent practice:

1. Consulting on all issues relating to patent practice and formal filing and prosecution procedures in countries outside the US.

2. Conducting training seminars on any aspect of international patent procurement practice at your site (including seminars on PCT practice not covered under my contract with WIPO).

3. Prepare training materials on various aspects of international patent practice for your use at your firm, company or organization.

4. Consulting on issues relating to improving efficiency of filing procedures in your office for both PCT and direct national patent practice.

5. Consulting on processes to help determine where to file for foreign patent protection.

NOTE: These services will be billed on an hourly basis plus travel and other necessary expenses.
