I get an Error page telling me I'm not a registered member when in fact I AM registered and logged into the site. What gives?
These glitches are typically the result of corrupted data files called a "cookies", and can be corrected by deleting the cookies from your browser. Here's how:
1. Log out of the site 2. Look in your browser preferences, locate and delete four cookies (listed below) from your browser's cookie cache 3. Reboot your browser (optional but a good idea anyway) 4. Relog into the site.
The four cookies you want to delete originate from TDRpatents.com, and are entitled:
tdrpatentscomuid (contains your registered user ID) tdrpatentscompwd (contains your current password) tdrpatentscomthm (contains your theme setting) tdrpatentscomlng (contains your language setting).
